I have run several of my own businesses over the last 20 years, with varying degrees of success. I was unaware for all of them up to now that I am Neurodivergent and my masking and hyper-focus was only helpful inconsistently. My ventures range from art ceramics, car sourcing and business consulting to financial services, specialising in all aspects of customer service issues like complaints resolution, fraud and loss prevention, credit card debt management and insurance claims investigation. In all cases I've had to learn the large number of skills necessary to run a sole trader or small business, in addition to the specifics of each industry I was working in. I know the long hours it can take, the stress and worry, and the difficulty in knowing which of 20 tasks is more important. I can help you to focus on growing your business by handling the recurring admin tasks that feel unproductive, time wasting and distracting. In most cases I expect to save you more money than my fee will cost you, in addition to saving you time and stress. I will also ensure you get the right outcome of your dispute, purchase or contract renewal and I will confirm all this in my final report to you.

Contract Review and Renewals
As a busy sole-trader/small business, you will be rightly focused on attracting new customers, updating social media, sourcing new products and services and the myriad day to day tasks a business needs to keep operating. It can be easy to overlook the cost and efficiency of various monthly and annual outgoings, perhaps that haven’t been reviewed since you first set them up. Some may now be more expensive if contracts have expired and initial discounts have ended. Some may not be providing enough capacity or simply no longer fit for your business. I can review all of your regular outgoings and identify potential savings, improvements and generally simplify this for you. I can also create an annual calendar so you know when each contract is due for review, so you can either attend to it yourself or request my further assistance. The contracts I can review include, but are not limited to: utilities, phones and broadband, insurance policies, waste disposal, vehicle leasing, bank accounts and out-sourced services like inventory storage, logistics and even website maintenance. Does your business need a new asset, or to renegotiate terms for existing contracts? There is a lot to consider when making a big purchase, as there are often bewildering levels of choices and huge price differences. From figuring out your needs, creating a wish list and allowing a level of spoiling yourself sometimes can be impossible. I can work with you to first figure out what you need, from a vehicle, property, appliance, premises improvement or any other major purchase. We can then discuss what extras you might wish for, what your budget is and the level of urgency around the deal. I will then research the options, shortlist the top 5 or so, to suit your request of me, and help you decide which option is best for you. I can then contact the chosen company, negotiate the deal and make the necessary arrangements from there. Start the process here

My Fee Structure
I believe in being open and fair, and am happy to discuss my fees at any point. My charges are always made clear before any work starts.
My fees are billed at €50 per hour, in half hour increments, with a minimum 2 hour charge per case. I am happy to provide an estimate for each case, in advance, to include best and worst case scenarios.
If a visit to your workplace or other site is needed, my travel time will be billed at the same hourly rate.
If you have a strict budget, I am happy to work with you to prioritise and schedule my support as funds allow.
Any additional time is billed at €25 per half hour after the first 2 hours, payable on completion. A refund is only provided if no work has started before cancellation. Start the process here
