Inspiration
Hello, I'm Dermot, hailing from Kilcoole in County Wicklow. I came up with the idea for this company after helping my friends with a problem they had been having with their mobile phone provider for a long time. They were really struggling to be heard by the company, felt stressed every time they had to contact them or received an email, and were put off with the legal language being used. My friends had even been threatened with legal action over a significant disputed bill, which was hugely stressful. They also felt fobbed off and ignored.
When they were telling me how frustrating and stressful it was, I knew I could help. I have a lot of experience dealing with customer complaints and billing disputes, and know how to insist that the company follows correct procedures.

SuccessIn just one 30 minute phone call to the company, I was able to move their case forward, which had been dragging on for 18 months. I managed to get a complaint logged, which the company had refused to do up to that point. With my further support in just two weeks the complaint was resolved in my friends' favour by Comreg, the Irish Telecoms Ombudsman. My friends were hugely relieved.

I can help resolve disputes, save time, money and reduce your stress levels.

My background I have over 30 years' experience working in a wide variety of roles. These include customer service, sales management, complaints, fraud prevention, insurance claims investigation and Ombudsman roles. My former employers and clients include Axa Insurance, Vodafone, Centrica/British Gas, Lloyds Bank, Barclays Bank, Quinn Insurance, The Automobile Association, The UK Telecoms Ombudsman and the UK Department of Health. I have also run several businesses of my own, and know the stresses and pressures that involves.
